Northern Kentucky

Considered to be within the periphery of both the Midwest and the Upland South, Northern Kentucky primarily refers to the counties (Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Pendleton, and Bracken) that make up the northern most portion of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. These counties along with counties in Ohio and Indiana are officially part of the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area, informally known as Greater Cincinnati.

Immediately located on the southern bank of the Ohio River directly across from Cincinnati, Ohio, the three northernmost counties (Boone, Kenton and Campbell) each have major center(s) of population and business and the area of these 3 counties is relatively densely populated with neighborhoods and business districts offering a variety of housing and lifestyle options.

HUFF Realty provides Real Estate services to all counties in the Northern Kentucky area through 3 primary offices which are located in Highland Heights, Florence, and Fort Mitchell. The HUFF Associates in these offices live and work in Northern Kentucky and are knowledgeable on the local housing market, neighborhoods, pricing and inventory.
