As Director of Business Development, Shirley is responsible for broadening the base of corporate clients we assist, as well as, expanding the range of relocation-related services which we can provide to our clients and transferees. HUFF Realty Relocation is a full-service relocation company offering solutions, support and services to our corporate clients who move their employees all over the world. Policy development, home sale programs, destination services, coordination of temporary living, shipment of household good, mortgage services, and dual career assistance are just the beginning of the level of assistance we provide. Shirley's commitment is to provide a superior level of satisfaction to her corporate clients, their employees, our vendor partners and the HUFF Realty real estate agents. Through personal involvement and attention to detail, we earn their confidence.

As Director of Internet Commerce, Barbara is responsible for all aspects of online business. She coordinates agent activities in servicing Internet leads and has created an agent-training course for HUFF agents interested in developing online business. Barbara is a licensed real estate professional who has earned the prestigious e-Pro designation, the only Internet certification program approved by the National Association of Realtors®.

As Corporate Property Specialist, Kim manages the corporate inventory home sale referrals. She is responsible for assigning the agent to the listing and overseeing the marketing and the care that this home receives during its vacant status while it is listed for sale. Her responsibilities also include the liaison communication between sales associates and Third Party Counselors which involves BMA studies, negotiations, and the process of an accepted contract. Kim is a licensed real estate professional who has earned her RCC and GMS designations.

As the corporate referral counselor, Michelle facilitates all referrals that come from our Director of Business Development, Shirley Seifert. These consist of referrals in the Greater Cincinnati market and those outside our market. Michelle also handles other services for the transferee including but not limited to rental services, household goods transfers and temporary housing. Michelle makes sure the needs of the transferees and the needs of the corporate client are met. She is a RELO Certified Coordinator. Michelle personally understands the stresses involved with relocating. Before settling in the Greater Cincinnati area, her family had to adjust to corporate transfers for her father's career.

Beth is a lifelong resident of the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Thomas More College in 2003. As the Incoming Referral Coordinator, she handles all third party home finding referrals as well as all Leading Real Estate Companies of the World broker to broker referrals. Beth thoroughly enjoys helping connect transferees and their families with a knowledgeable and experienced agent to assist them with their home sale, purchase, or rental needs. She acts as a liaison between the relocation company, transferee and the agent in an effort to insure excellent service and a pleasant real estate experience.

As Corporate Listing Coordinator, Jennifer works as a liaison between the transferee and the Third Party Relocation Company to assign a HUFF Realty Relocation Trained Agent to list and market the transferee's property in an effort to sell quickly. As Outgoing Referral Coordinator, Jennifer can help you find a quality real estate company outside the Greater Cincinnati region to help you with your real estate needs' be it the purchase of your new residence, the sale or purchase of a vacation/second home, or a weekend getaway or investment property.
