Pat Mobley is a graduate of Northern Kentucky Technical College and is a certified PHR. She joined HUFF Realty in 1994, serving in the position of Human Resource Director since 2004. Mobley is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, SHRM, and is involved in local human resource organizations including the Northern Kentucky Human Resource Association. Mobley advises management and employees on correct interpretation of company and government policies and procedures, prepares and performs training sessions relating to Human Resources programs, manages the company benefit program and assists in employee recruitment and selection. In addition to her human resource responsibilities, she is involved in the administration of company training programs including continuing education offerings. |
