Jim Huff Chief Executive Officer
Jim Huff has been active in the real estate industry for several decades. He is licensed in the states of Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Florida. A renowned personality in the tri-state, he is also active in the real estate industry on the state and national levels. Huff was appointed to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission serving a term as chairman during his five consecutive terms as commissioner. Notably, he established a statewide errors and omissions insurance platform that continues to serve the needs of Kentucky real estate practitioners today. Huff’s contributions to the standards of practice for property management are evident in existing legislative regulations. He served as a director of ARELLO (Association of Real Estate License Law Officials), holding the position of vice-president, southern district. Huff was awarded the honor of REALTOR® of the Year in 1981 by the Kenton-Boone Board of REALTORS®, for which he served as president.
Huff is currently serving on the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport Board and is a member of the Tri-Ed Board (Tri-County Economic Development Corporation). He served as chairman, secretary and board member for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Huff avidly supports and contributes to tri-state communities. He has served on numerous boards including Northern Kentucky University Foundation, Saint Elizabeth Medical Foundation, Kids Helping Kids, Forward Quest, Metropolitan Club of Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Fine Arts Foundation, Peoples Bank, Kentucky National Bank, First State Bank of Florida and board member emeritus for Thomas More College.

Bert Huff Co-founder
Bert Huff co-founded HUFF REALTY in 1975 and managed all back office functions, agent support and employee resources. In 1986 Bert Huff launched HUFF Relocation Services and subsequently established the HUFF marketing division. Her high energy, generosity and business savvy continue to set the tempo for the company.
Bert Huff is widely recognized for her accomplishments in the business community. She was honored as the Outstanding Woman of the Year in Northern Kentucky, received the Dorothy Wood Community Service Award and Career Woman of Achievement Award from the Cincinnati YMCA.
The Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky community has been enriched by her commitment and dedication through her service on the Kentucky Commission for Women, Northern Kentucky Fund Advisory Board, Greater Cincinnati Foundation Governing Board, Welcome House of Northern Kentucky and the American Heart Association.
Huff’s leadership is evidenced through her accomplishments while serving as Chair of the Northern Kentucky Airport Board and Chairman of the Communications and Public Affairs Committee, Director of First Security and Trust Bank, and Director for both Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.

Joe Price Vice President, HUFF DIRECT
Joe Price attended Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma. Currently overseeing HUFF REALTY’S core services, Price originally joined Traditions Mortgage in February 2002, working primarily in HUFF REALTY’S Montgomery and Western Hills locations. Prior to joining the HUFF team Price accumulated 12 years leadership experience, six of them at the executive level. A natural leader, Joe has held the position of president of Romona Bottling, Inc. in Southern California, business consultant for bottled water operations in Australia and Southern California and executive vice president in charge of business operations for a cosmetic and skin care company in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. Joe also played professional baseball, pitching for the Cincinnati Reds, San Francisco Giants, Boston Red Sox and the Baltimore Orioles from 1977 to 1990
As a professional baseball player Joe was selected in the 4th round of the 1977 Summer Free Agent Draft. He joined the Cincinnati Reds where he pitched for six-plus consecutive years before signing with the San Francisco Giants as a free agent in 1987. Price finished his 11-year major league career with the Boston Red Sox in 1989 and the Baltimore Orioles in 1990.

Marc Krebs Director, Relocation Services
Marc joined HUFF REALTY in June 2006 as Relocation Director. He brings 15 years of real estate and relocation industry experience, most recently as executive director of network programs for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, headquartered in Chicago, IL.
Marc is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of HUFF REALTY RELOCATION, including establishing and enhancing business relationships to secure additional business opportunities for HUFF REALTY.
Marc earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2001. He has participated as a panelist and moderator for numerous educational training programs within the relocation industry.
Marc holds a bachelor of arts degree from Messiah College in Grantham, PA. Marc lives in Northern Kentucky with his wife Kristine and their five children.

Troy Benne Director, Finance
Troy Benne brings 20 years of accounting and finance experience to HUFF REALTY, 13 of which were spent at the executive level. Previously he worked as an Internal Revenue Agent with the United States Treasury Department and as the controller for Cincinnati Color Press. Most recently, Troy held the controller position with Grand Victoria Casino and Resort where he was responsible for supervising the general ledger, collection, revenue audit, payroll, accounts payable and count teams for the casino. Troy graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1986 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
Outside of work, Troy donates his time working with the Walton Verona High School chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America. He is a member of the Hebron Lutheran Church and also enjoys playing softball, basketball and golf.

Greg Adams Director, Information Technology
Greg Adams is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with majors in Finance and Information Systems Management. He received his MBA in Finance at Xavier University. Adams has supported real estate offices for over 15 years. His current responsibilities include procurement, purchasing, office facilities, and network operations. Adams and his staff maintain and manage all company hardware and communication needs.
Adams built and manages the HUFF LAN and WAN systems. He has worked with frame relay, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft platforms. Adams developed the strategy for and supervised installation of the fiber optic conversion and IP communication systems He implemented a PBX/IP hybrid to leverage the existing communications infrastructure to support migration to web enabled communications.
Adams participated in the local MLS vendor review. He is a member of Northern Kentucky Chamber and assisted in the coordination of the chamber event “Taking Care of Business”.

Pat Mobley Director, Human Resources
Pat Mobley is a graduate of Northern Kentucky Technical College and is a certified PHR. She joined HUFF REALTY in 1994, serving in the position of Human Resource Director since 2004. Mobley is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, SHRM, and is involved in local human resource organizations including the Northern Kentucky Human Resource Association.
Mobley advises management and employees on correct interpretation of company and government policies and procedures, prepares and performs training sessions relating to Human Resources programs, manages the company benefit program and assists in employee recruitment and selection. In addition to her human resource responsibilities, she is involved in the administration of company training programs including continuing education offerings.

Jennifer Burger Director of Marketing
Jennifer Burger contributes seven years of experience in residential and commercial real estate marketing. Most recently with Builder Resources, Jennifer managed multiple builder marketing accounts and created award-winning branding materials and advertising campaigns. She has also managed the marketing department of a multi-regional condominium developer and acted as Art Director for an international furniture manufacturer.
Jennifer has been active in the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, serving on the Steering and Public Relations committees. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and an M.B.A. from University of Cincinnati.

Bill Heckman General Manager
Bill Heckman brings 25 years of real estate experience to HUFF REALTY. He comes from Builder Resources, where he was president and founder. Builder Resources, a firm dedicated to the sales and marketing of new homes and residential land development, has won the Home Builder’s Association’s Marketer of the Year award consecutively since 2002. While at Builder Resources, Bill partnered with HUFF REALTY for several years, helping with the expansion into the Cincinnati market and providing branding expertise. Bill is familiar with the HUFF REALTY organization because of this and other associations.
Bill began his career in sales at West Shell. In 1990, he was named Director of the New Homes Division, and subsequently was given charge of the Marketing Department as well.
Bill holds leadership positions in the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, and Builder Marketing Society. He has served on the Children’s Heart Association’s Board of Trustees since 1998 and is on the Deerfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals.
Bill lives in Mason, Ohio with his wife, Cathy, and their two children.
