PULSE is an upscale loft condominium complex in Covington, Kentucky.  Encompassing the entire city block bounded by Russell and Banklick Streets and between 8th and 9th Streets, PULSE is a major addition to Covington’s dynamic efforts in establishing the Artist Residential District and overall rejuvenation of downtown Covington.

The PULSE name reflects the highly stylized and sophisticated nature of the intended buyers, as well as the extreme creativity of the artists and others involved in bringing the Covington Arts District to reality.  The name implies a rhythmic driving beat and style and reflects the progressive “pulse” of Covington and its vibrant neighborhoods.

The Louis & Henry Group of Louisville is the developer.  Founded in 1939, LHG is a prominent real estate development and architecture company, and is well known for its innovation in combining the design-rich approach as architects with real estate ventures.  The firm is the recipient of more than 50 Awards for Design Excellence, and has consciously designed PULSE to mirror the adjacent Seminary Square and Pike Street neighborhoods.  The predominantly Italianate architecture of the neighborhoods is stylistically interpreted with contemporary flare utilizing similar massing, street setbacks, proportions, heights and materials.  The 64 planned loft units will vary from 750 to 1200 square feet and combining units could create lofts as large as 2400 square feet.
